Application
Criteria

  • 2.5x net income to rent ratio (average of last 3 pay stubs will be used)
  • No rental debt in the previous 7 years
  • No evictions in the previous 7 years
  • No bankruptcy proceedings in the past 7 years
  • No violent criminal charges or convictions
  • No felony drug charges or convictions
  • No sexual criminal charges or convictions
  • All application fees, administrative fees, and deposits are non-refundable
  • Credit scores below 515 will be denied
  • Credit scores between 515 and 550 will require additional deposit funds and may be subject to denial of the application

  2. Select the unit you are interested in
  3. Click Apply
  4. Complete the application forms and upload the requested documents

What
to Expect

  • A team member will contact you within 24 hours of the receipt of your completed application
  • Once the application is completed, a team member will send a screening request to the email address you provided in the application
  • Ryze Communities will review the screening report, application, and supporting documentation to determine approval
  • If Approved a team member will reach out to discuss next steps
  • Denied applicants will receive a text notification regarding their application decision
