Will you require a background check?

We do require a background and credit check on any adult that will be renting. There is also a non-refundable fee to apply for a unit.

Are pets allowed?

The majority of our units are pet friendly, but our polices for each property differ. Please contact us at (904) 757-5000 for any more specific questions about a particular apartment.

What are your typical lease terms?

At the present time, we are typically signing 12 month leases.

Who do I call for maintenance requests?

Please call (904) 757-5000 and select option 3 for Maintenance.

How can I pay my rent?

Online payment can be made through our portal via checking account or credit card. We do not accept personal checks, cash or any bill pay.

How can I speak to a live person?

Call (904) 757-5000. If someone does not answer, we will absolutely return your call if you leave a message.

What are your hours of operation?

If your call is not answered by a team member, any message left between the hours of 8:30AM – 4:30PM Monday through Saturday will be returned that day. Any message left after 4:30PM or on a Sunday will be returned the next business day. We are closed on Sundays.
